Refund Policy – CloudFirePro

At CloudFirePro, all purchases are considered final due to the nature of digital services and subscriptions.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a transaction has been successfully completed.

However, refunds may be issued in the following cases:

Duplicate payment made by mistake

Technical error resulting in failed service delivery

Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.

Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used during purchase.

CloudFirePro reserves the right to review and approve or reject any refund request.
